SHIPPING

Processing Time

Every piece is custom-made for you. Processing times vary based on the type of order:

‍Standard Premium Orders: Each order ships within 7-14 days from your order date.

‍Limited Edition Orders: If ordered to ship, these orders also ship within 7-14 days. If purchased from a showroom, shipping times may vary.

‍Custom Orders and Larger Orders: We will ship based on the custom order size and agreed processing time after consultation on the order.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping across the United States. For international orders, a 10% shipping fee applies. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

Since each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. If your new artwork arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us, and we will gladly repair or replace it!
